Adv. Tomer Segal is a partner in our Firm’s Real Estate Department.
Tomer specializes and has extensive experience in real estate law.
As part of her activities, Tomer leads complex commercial transactions in the field of real estate, including combination transactions, demolition and construction transactions, accompanying commercial and private clients, and everything related and ancillary to all of these.
Tomer advises the Firm's clients regarding transactions in the field of commercial real estate, represents contractors, developers and private clients in residential and commercial projects and provides ongoing legal guidance and advice. Tomer also has expertise and experience in the field of sheltered housing.
In addition, Tomer handles transactions in the field of urban renewal, sales and purchase transactions, lease agreements and purchase groups.
