Arie Tishinski

Arie Tishinski is an attorney in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department.

Arie specializes in commercial litigation in its various aspects and before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration proceedings. As part of his practice, Arie provides ongoing legal counsel and representation to the Firm’s clients, including at stages preceding legal proceedings. Arie has experience representing Israeli and international corporations in complex and high-value commercial disputes across various areas of civil and commercial law, including corporate law, contract law, securities law, and class actions.
