In recent years, Keren has represented and acted for clients in numerous transactions with a total value exceeding USD 1 billion.

After serving as Head of the Legal Department of a group of companies for over ten years, Keren has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law, including labor law and employee benefits, as well as in providing ongoing legal services required by commercial companies.
