Tenders

The Tenders Department at our Firm has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice in the field of tender law, including accompanying the tender committees as external legal advisers.

The tender accompaniment includes the entire "life of the tender," from drafting the tender documents, drafting the threshold conditions, drafting the criteria, conducting a bidder meeting, conducting negotiations, examining the bids submitted for the tender, both from the legal and professional aspects, selecting the winning bid, and ending with accompanying the client in the stage of the realization of the contract with the winning supplier. 

In addition, the Department provides counsel to the tender committees and those on its behalf on all legal matters that arise while managing the tender and its results - answering clarification questions, correspondence with bidders whose bid was not selected as the winning bid and so on.
