The Department’s attorneys cooperate regularly with our Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department in all aspects of labor law in mergers and/or acquisitions, including due diligence, advising on relevant clauses, preparing the necessary documents and representation in legal proceedings in the field of personal labor law in all courts as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings.
